| Donna Pestoor, Receptionist. This is the face that goes with the cheerful voice on the phone. Donna has been with the Cole group for 13 years. She has 2 boys, Bryan 20 and Tim who is 15. Donna has been married to John for 21 years. Donna is the heartbeat of the dealership and warmly greets customers and vendors as they enter the dealership. She is very active in her church and is a passionate fan of the New York Yankees!! |  Liz McClenton Warranty Administrator | Liz McClenton, Warranty Administrator. For the past 13 years, Liz has been a key person in our Service Department and helps to keep things running smoothly. Liz loves to garden. She and he husband Drew, go fishing whenever they can. Kyle, her teenage stepson, keeps her very busy. |

| Matt Ferrell, Service Adviser. Matt has 24 years of service experience, mostly with GM. He has a 12 year old son and is married to his lovely wife, Dana for 11 years. Matt loves to play golf and is really ready for spring!! |  Tim Arthur Service Manager | Tim Arthur, Service Manager. Tim has been with the Cole organization for 26 years, the last 4 as Manager. Tim keeps busy raising 4 teenagers. 2 are now in college. Seth plays tennis for St. Josep College. Tim rarely misses a match. |

| Larry Ellet, Parts Manager. While Larry has been in the car business for over 30 years, he is Cole Century's newest employee. Larry has been married for 30 years this June and raised 3 children and now is enjoying his 4 year old grandsons (2 0f them). Larry really enjoys rock and roll, especially the Beatles. |  Jim Marshall Service Consultant | Jim Marshall, Service Consultant. Jim has been in the car business for 36 years, the last 14 here at Cole Century. Jim was an ASE Certified mechanic before he became a Service Consultant. We often think that the phone is attached to his ear!! He has been married for 33 years. Jim likes to play chess and is "developing" his wine cellar. When he has a chance, he also likes to fish and swim. |

| Ted Hill, ASE Master Certified Mechanic. For over 20 years, Ted has been working on cars for the Cole group. He can to it all from oil changes to heavy engine repairs. Ted has 4 wonderful grandchildren and he enjoys spending time with them. Guess what Ted's hobby is....working on cars!!! |  Randy Pion Master Mechanic | Randy Pion, ASE Master Certified Mechanic. Randy started working on cars when he was just 16 years old. He has been with Cole for 18 years on February 6th. Randy specializes in transmissions and hybrids. He has a wonderful wife and 2 children. If you like spicy, you need to try Randy's chili!!! He grows his own jalapenos to make sure that his chili and salsa are the best. |
 Joe Holysz Maintenance | Joe Holysz, Maintenance. 41 Years with the Cole Group!! Joe quietly goes about making sure that everything is taken care of around the dealership. Joe and his wife Christine raised 3 children and now are enjoying their 3 grandchildren. Fishing!!! That’s what I like to do. Joe loves to ice fish (he must be very happy this week) for blue gill, but loves to fish anytime!! |  Hector Mier Technician | Hector Mier, mechanic. Hector has been in the car business for 15 years and came to work for Cole Century 4 years ago. Hector primarily handles oil changes. Hector and Carol, his wife of 15 years, are big Nascar fans. When asked who his favorite was, he quickly said Dale, Jr. |
 Barb Culver Title Clerk | Barb Culver, Title Clerk. Barb has worked in the car business for 17 years and has been at Cole Century for nearly a year. She has been married to Wayne for 13 years and they really enjoy local circle track racing. Brandon, her son also works for the Cole group. MaKenna, her granddaughter is the light of her life. Barb is on the Board of Directors for Race for Kids Sake a non profit that focuses on children. Scholarships, Children with Leukemia, and Autism Awareness are just some of the causes this group supports. |  Bob Peterson Detail | |
 Bruce Russell Technician |  Christina Norr Cashier | Christina Norr, Cashier. Christina graduated from KVCC with an automotive degree and she taught Shop Fundamentals there for 3 years. She came to Cole Century about 14 months ago. Life is a little hectic right now, but Minnie, her “mincher...” keeps her sane. For those of you, like me, who is not familiar with a “mincher”, it is a miniature pinscher. | |
 Ed Born Service Lane Coordinator | Ed Born, Service Lane Coordinator. Ed came to work for Cole Century 2 ½ years ago. Ed is a licensed Lake Michigan Charter Boat Captain. And is a great lover of the outdoors, whether it is fishing, snowmobiling, or hunting. |  Lavonda Heath Office Manager | Lavonda Heath, Office Manager. Lavonda came to work at Cole Century about a year ago. She has worked in the car business for about 19 years. Married to Don for 7 years, they have Dalton, 6 and Allison 22. Lavonda loves to go to Tiger games in the summer and U of M football games in the fall. She and Don love to travel when they get a chance. Her favorite place so far is Cancun, Mexico. |

| Mike Flickinger, ASE Certified Mechanic. Mike started in the car business 8 years ago and has worked for Cole for 3 years. His specialty is engines and suspensions. He married Elizabeth 5 years ago. He has 2 children, Ethan, 7 and Shelby 2. He enjoys spending time with his family. When he gets a chance, Mike likes to work on his Camaro. |  Ron Heystek Technician | Ron Heystek, ASE Certified Mechanic. Ron has spent the last 26 years working for the Cole group. His specialty is the electrical systems. Deb, his wife of 24 years, and Ron have 2 sons. Travis is 21 and Jim is 17. The family loves to camp. They often take their pop up to the U. P. They enjoy hiking and mountain biking. |
 Tim Volker Detail | Tim Volker, Detail. Tim has been with Cole Century for 5 years. He wears many hats, filling in wherever he is needed. When he is not working, Tim likes to hang out—playing basket ball, riding bikes (pedal and motor) and snowmobiling. |  Andrew Pomeroy Technician | Andrew Pomeroy, ASE Certified Mechanic. He works on everything from engines and the heavy line to brakes and chassis. Andrew began as an intern for the Cole group in 2001 while attending Kalamazoo Valley. He graduated from Valley with an Associates Degree in the automotive program and carried a 3.96 average! When he isn’t working, you will find Andrew working out at the gym or remodeling his house. He also is restoring a 1974 El Camino. |
 Cathy Penny Parts | Cathy Penny, Parts. Cathy started with the Cole organization 5 ½ years ago. Cathy has a son, Thomas who is 15 years old. He manages to keep her very busy. Angela, her daughter, participates in drag races. Cathy enjoys following Angela to her competitions. She loves football and being outdoors. When she has to be indoors, she takes care of her plants and listens to music—mostly from the 70’s and 80’s. |  Karl Stevens Delivery | Karl Stevens-Deliveries. Karl retired from General Motors after 34 years. He came to work for the Cole organization about 4 years ago. He has been married to Karleen for 43 years. Karl keeps very busy. He is either playing in the garage with one of his 5 cars or visiting the friendly folks at Firekeeper’s Casino. In the summer he enjoys his pool and the drag races. |
 Tod Burke Technician | Tod Burke, ASE Certified Mechanic. Tod has officially worked for the Cole group for 17 ½ years. However, he also worked part time for Cole while he attended Ferris State University where he obtained an Associates Degree in the automotive program. On June 4, 1994 he married his beautiful wife, Jennifer. They have 1 daughter, Allie who is a teenager. When not working he enjoys fishing—ice fishing in the winter and bass fishing in the summer. He also enjoys watching his daughter play softball. |
